Hello. When will the training rides start for 2024, please?

Due to the Triangle Tri using both sides of Shearon Harris Saturday morning, we will have to cancel this event. We could not find a reasonable alternate venue. Our apologies to the riders. Please come join us for the Spring Fling next week, as the roads in Sanford are empty and safe.

Hello Bob, and Tim. It doesn't look like any riders have signed up to take the training as of yet. I will check back tonight to see if anyone has signed up. If no one has, I'm going to cancel. Just wanted to let you know.

No route on RWGPS. We park at the Shearon Harris Visitors Center and ride to the start of Shearon Harris Road. Then we go back and forth on this road. About a 6 mile out and back. We do this about three times and work with folks individually and as groups. Sometimes the double paceline training group will go down to Sky Mart on Old US Hwy 1, but that usually doesn't happen unless there are sufficient number of people and everyone has gotten good at the double paceline concept. So really it is a six mile out and back that you can do up to three times or so.

Is there a route for this training ride? I'd like to download to my Wahoo if there is.
